摘要
教师课堂教学质量意识是教师关注教学结果和改进教学行为的内驱力。教师的课堂教学意识应该要具有以学生为中心的教学理念,注重对学生学习兴趣的激发,关注学生的学习效果及教学质量的持续改进。目前,高校教师教学意识较为薄弱,需要通过完善学校考核激励和职称晋升制度;明确和落实教师的教学质量责任;完善评教制度,切实发挥评教结果的功能,引导教师不断反思和改进教学来加以改进。
Teachers'awareness of classroom teaching quality is the internal driving force for teachers to pay attention to teaching results and improve teaching behavior.Teachers'awareness of classroom teaching should have a student-centered teaching concept,pay attention to the stimulation of students'interest in learning,pay attention to the learning effect of students and the continuous improvement of teaching quality.At present,teachers'teaching consciousness in science and engineering colleges is relatively indifferent,so we need to improve it by improving the system of school assessment,incentive and promotion of professional titles,clarifying and implementing teachers'responsibility for teaching quality,improving the systemof teaching evaluation,giving full play to the function of teaching evaluation results,and guiding teachers to constantly reflect on and improve teaching.
