摘要
高校为创新的主体,但是实验室才是创新的源头,高校的双一流建设需要各方的全力支持,实验室的建设与发展就是其中一个重点。实验室进行有效的建设与管理,有利于促进实现双一流大学的实验技术队伍的建设。刻板印象中实验教学长期被认为是作为理论教学的辅助工具,因此实验技术建设不被重视。下文将对双一流大学建设实验技术队伍面临的机遇和挑战进行分析,深入分析存在的现实问题,提出相应解决方案。
Universities are the mainstay of innovation,but laboratories are the source of innovation.The dual-level construction of colleges and universities requires the full support of all parties.The construction and development of laboratories is one of the key points.The effective construction and management of the laboratory is conducive to the construction of the experimental technical team of the two-tiered universities.Experimental teaching in stereotypes has long been considered as an auxiliary tool for theoretical teaching,so the construction of experimental technology is not taken seriously.In the following,we will analyze the opportunities and challenges faced by the experimental technology teams in the construction of dual-level universities,analyze the existing problems in depth,and propose corresponding solutions.
