高职院校药品制造类专业学生顶岗实习管理研究与思考——以广东食品药品职业学院为例

Research and Consideration on Post Practice Management of Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Majors in Higher Vocational Colleges

顶岗实习是实现高职学生与企业岗位“零距离”接触,与就业实现“无缝对接”的重要途径。顶岗实习为高职学生创造机遇的同时,也存在着如法律身份定义不确定、管理制度不完善、监管体系不完整等问题,应当进一步加强学生顶岗实习管理研究与思考。

Post practice is an important way to realize"zero distance"contact between higher vocational students and enterprise posts and"seamless docking"with employment.While on-the-job practice creates opportunities for Higher Vocational students,there are also some problems,such as uncertain definition of legal identity,imperfect management system,and incomplete supervision system.Therefore,it is necessary to further strengthen the research and thinking of on-the-job practice management of students.
