Exploration on the Training Model of Integrating Production and Education in Animal Medicine Specialty

加快构建动物医学专业产教融合人才培养模式,培养高素质动物医学技术技能人才,是适应我国畜牧兽医行业发展需求的必由之路。文章分析动物医学专业产教融合人才培养面临的困境,从共建课程体系、对接生产与教学过程、共培“双师型”教师、共建实训基地等方面提出动物医学专业产教融合人才培养模式的实施路径。

It is the only way to meet the needs of the development of animal husbandry and veterinary industry in China to speed up the construction of the training mode of integration of production and education in animal medicine specialty and to train high-quality veterinary technical talents.This paper analyses the difficulties faced by the cultivation of the integrative talents of animal medicine specialty,and puts forward the implementation path of the integrative talents cultivation mode of animal medicine specialty from the aspects of Co-construction of curriculum system,docking production and teaching process,co-cultivation of"double-qualified"teachers and co-construction of training bases.
