针对翻转课堂特种蔬菜的成果导向教育体系设计

摘要 特种蔬菜相关课程是高等农业院校开设的农林类专业的选修课,具有信息量庞大、与产业联系紧密等特点。基于成果导向理念的翻转课堂教育通过详细分析相关行业的人才需求,将毕业生应掌握的基本知识和技能细化为小的成果目标点,拓宽并加深了课程的广度和深度,并有目的、针对性地设计教学内容,更好地调动了学生学习的积极性,在培养适应我国特种蔬菜发展需要的农业创新型人才方面具有积极的意义。 The courses of special vegetables are elective courses of agroforestry in agricultural university,it has characteristics such as large amount of information and closely related to industry.Flipped classroom base on outcome based education analyzed the talent demand in related industries,refined small achievement targets from the basic knowledge and skills of graduate,broadened and deepened the breadth and depth of the curriculum.The content of courses with purposefully and pertinently could better mobilize learning enthusiasm of students.It has positive significance in cultivating innovative agricultural talents which adapt to development needs of special vegetables in China.
