基于文化育人的行业高校实验室文化建设研究

Research on Laboratory Culture Construction of Industry Colleges and Universities Based on Culture Education

文化建设作为行业高校实验室建设软实力的体现,具有激励、引导、规范和凝聚的作用。文章阐述了高校实验室建设的基本内涵,分析了当前实验室文化建设存在的问题,结合行业高校的特点,阐述了文化育人在实验室文化建设的本质和功能定位,重点提出了从创新文化、行业文化、制度文化、安全文化4个方面对行业特色高校实验室文化的建设策略。

Cultural construction,as the embodiment of the soft power of laboratory construction in industry colleges and universities,has the functions of stimulation,guidance,standardization and cohesion.This paper expounds the basic connotation of laboratory construction in universities,analyses the problems existing in the current laboratory culture construction,expounds the essence and function orientation of cultural education in laboratory culture construction in combination with the characteristics of industry colleges and universities,and puts forward the construction strategies of laboratory culture in Colleges and universities with industry characteristics from four aspects:innovation culture,industry culture,systemculture and safety culture.
