Research on the Integration of Excellent Traditional Culture into Employment Capacity Cultivation for Higher Vocational College Students

当今世界格局在不断变化,各国在国力竞争和发展中,文化软实力的重要作用突显。高职学生作为我国经济社会发展的主力军,激烈的社会竞争对其提出了更高的标准和要求,不仅要求高职学生具备扎实的专业技能,还需要具备良好的人文修养。中华优秀传统文化历史悠久、内涵深厚,是国人学习的最佳精神食粮。针对高职学生开展优秀传统文化教育的必要性,并就如何提升高职学生的就业能力,尤其是就业软实力进行阐述说明。

At present,the world situation has been changing continuously.In the process of competition and development,the cultural soft power plays a significant role.The students in higher vocational colleges,as the main force for Chinese economical society development,are facing higher standards and requirements in the fierce social competition,not only for the steady professional skills but also the excellent humanist accomplishment.China has a long history with excellent traditional culture and profound connotation which is the best nourishment for the mind.This paper illustrates the necessity for carrying out the traditional culture education and analyzes how to promote students’employment capacity especially in employment soft power in higher vocational colleges.
