摘要
核电作为清洁能源正在快速地发展,核电厂的许多核级物项和备品备件的质量得不到保证成为引发核电事故的重要原因之一。商品级物项适用性确认(CGD)方法是确保核级物项能够正确可靠执行安全功能的重要手段,但国内尚未形成完整的技术体系。通过研究国内外CGD方法,结合国内工程项目的实践成果,初步形成了CGD工作流程和体系,为推动我国核电领域的CGD标准体系的建立及监管体系的完善奠定技术基础。
This paper,based on the standards and guidelines,combines with the practice of domestic engineering projects,initially formed by working process and system,in order to promote the field of nuclear power in China by the establishment of standard system and the improvement of the regulatory system to lay the technical foundation.
