竹制活性炭工厂自动化系统设计

摘要 在偏远地区建厂以竹为原材料生产活性炭面临着自动化需求与自动化系统运行与维护人员短缺这一矛盾的现实。立足于此现实情况设计的PLC自动化系统和上位机监控系统能够在缺少技术人员的活性炭工厂稳定可靠运行,为活性炭工厂的无人值守、工厂自动化探索了一种可行方法。工厂通过7台独立的西门子PLC作为独立控制站,控制站之间通过工业以太网实现数据交换及集中控制,以极低的成本实现了工厂的全厂自动化控制及上位机监控,且维护简单方便。 In remote areas,the factories that use bamboo as raw material to produce activated carbon are facing the reality contradiction that the demand for automation and the shortage of automation system operation and maintenance personnel.Based on this reality,the PLC automation system and the host computer monitoring system designed can stably and reliably operate in the activated carbon factory which lacks technicians.It explores a feasible method for the unattended and factory automation of the activated carbon factory.The factory uses 7 independent SIEMENS PLC as an independent control station.The data exchange and centralized control between stations through industrial Ethernet.The factory automation control and upper computer monitoring are realized at very low cost,and the maintenance is simple and convenient.
