Using Excel and Access to Match AutoCAD to Make Electrical System Diagrams and Plans

本文主要介绍利用Excel制作电气负荷计算表及配电箱计算表的方法,把EXCEL生成的计算数据与AutoCAD的数据库进行关联,并把数据导入到CAD图纸中,使原先只能在CAD图纸上调整的数据和文字修改转化成为对EXCEL上的数据调整和修改,从而简化绘图修改工作、节省时间,减少差错,值得同行借鉴和参考。

This paper mainly introduces the use of Excel to make electrical load calculation table and distribution box calculation table,associates the calculation data generated by Excel with the database of AutoCAD,and imports the data into CAD drawings,so that it can only be adjusted on CAD drawings.The data and text modification is transformed into data adjustment and modification on Excel,which simplifies the drawing modification workload,saves time and reduces errors,which is worthy of reference and adoption.
