摘要
作为一所地方院校,凯里学院立足于民族地区的实际在职前教师教育培养过程中进行了一系列的改革实践探索,积累了一定的经验,希望能对同类高校教师教育类展业建设与发展提供一定的借鉴。
As a local college,Kaili University,based on the current situation of ethnic regions,has conducted a series of explorations on the practice of reform on the course of cultivating pre-service teachers,and has accumulated certain experience.It is expected to provide references for the development of teacher education in other similar universities.
