旅游管理专业顶岗实习存在问题及对策——以X学院为例

Problems and Solutions in Post Practice of Tourism Management Major:A Case Study of X University

随着旅游业的快速发展,旅游管理专业毕业生的就业率大大提高,但因各种原因,旅游管理专业顶岗实习仍然存在一系列问题,严重影响了旅游管理专业学生对本行业的误解以及专业人才的输送。本文通过对X学院旅游管理专业已参与过顶岗实习的学生进行问卷调查及深入访谈,对学生在顶岗实习中存在的问题进行分析;在此基础上,提出丰富实习单位类型、提供轮岗与就业机会、集中与分散相结合的实习管理机制等提升实习效果建议。

With the rapid development of tourism industry,the employment rate of graduates majoring in tourism management has been greatly improved.However,for various reasons,there are still a series of problems in post practice of tourism management major,which seriously affects the misunderstanding of students majoring in tourism management and the supply of professionals.Based on the questionnaires and in-depth interviews with the students who have participated in on-the-job internship in the major of tourism management of X University,this paper analyses the problems existing in the on-the-job internship of students.On this basis,it puts forward some suggestions to improve the internship effect,such as enriching the types of internship units,providing job rotation and employment opportunities and combining centralized and decentralized internship management mechanism.
