The Development and Prospect of Earthquake Emergency Disaster Report of Liaoning Province

基于辽宁省地震局现有灾情联络人员信息14721条,利用GIS建立地震应急灾情速报网络数据库,改变对现有数据的使用方法,实现了对数据进行集中控制和管理。通过程序利用电子地图,可以将地震灾情直观的展示给指挥人员,协助政府及相关部门确定灾情,为应急指挥工作的快速有序进行提供有力依据。

Based on the information of 14621 on the quick report of the Liaoning Earthquake Administration,the GIS was used to establish a database of earthquake emergency disaster report network.And the use of existing data was changed to achieve centralized control and management of data.Through the program,the earthquake disaster is visually displayed to the commander by electronic map,assisting the government and relevant departments to determine the disaster situation,and providing a strong basis for the rapid and orderly operation of the emergency command work.
