涂层问题本质上是一个价值问题,一切美好的东西都可能被用来涂层。政治正确是一种典型的价值涂层,对于"文明人""组织人"来说是心照不宣的理性选择,也是不可逾越的底线。政治正确、价值涂层凸显了公人与私人的矛盾,其内外张力的维持依赖于自我规训,自我规训的失败将导致内爆。价值涂层是以某种价值理念共识为前提的,而涂层的脱落正是源于这种共识的危机。价值涂层不可避免,只能减少或将之引向正面,减少涂层的根本之道在于解决社会结构的斑驳问题。
