Coated Justice and Universality Masking

正义的涂层特性,既不是正义的肯定态,也不是正义的否定态,而是正义的张力(现实)存在样态。《涂层正义论》中展示的涂层正义的否定样态,是现代性的关于正义的普适性霸权以及公共性被普适性遮蔽而导致的涂层异化结果。以建制与规则实施的方式而不是以宏大叙事的抽象正义旗帜的高举来保障流动、透明与差异认同的社会秩序,是消解涂层正义的否定性样态的现实路径。

The coated justice is neither the positive state of justice, nor the negative state of justice. It is the real tension state of justice. The negative state of coated justice, presented in The Theory of Coated Justice, is the result of the alienation of the justice coating caused by the hegemony of the university implicated in modernity and the publicity masked by and presented in the university. Implementing rules and constructing institution, instead of holding highly the abstract justice banner of the grand narrative, to guarantee the social flow, the social transparency and the difference identification of social order, is the practical path to dissolve the negative state of coated justice.
