液压同步提升技术在大跨度钢桁架施工中的应用 被引量:9

摘要 以长沙某工程大跨度桁架的施工为背景,在综合考虑工程的质量、安全、成本、工期等目标后,将6榀主桁架及其次桁架划分为3个提升单元,并采用液压同步提升技术将相邻的两榀主桁架及其次桁架进行整体提升。在施工全过程中,采用数值模拟方法对施工工况进行分析,再利用分析结果指导具体施工,取得了良好的社会效益与经济效益,也为类似工程的实施提供了解决方案和经验参考。 Taking the construction of large-span truss of one project in Changsha as the background,six main trusses and their secondary trusses are divided into three lifting units after comprehensively considering the quality,safety,cost and construction period of the project.In the whole construction process,the hydraulic synchronous lifting technology is used to lift two adjacent main trusses and their secondary trusses as a whole.In the whole process of construction,the numerical simulation method is used to analyze the construction conditions,and then the analysis results are used to guide the construction,which achieves good social and economic benefits and also provides solutions and experience reference for the implementation of similar projects.
