剧院项目大空间超高支模施工方案研究

摘要 结合南通大剧院项目舞台52 m超高大跨钢筋混凝土屋盖体系的施工实际,对拟定的3种高大支模方案进行了比选。经技术指标比选及综合考虑,最终选用了以舞台牛腿支撑贝雷架钢平台的方案。在此基础上,介绍了该方案的具体施工要点。实践证明,该方案有效地解决了传统施工方式在非常规结构中的施工难题,为剧院类项目提供了可借鉴的方案。 Based on the construction practice of the 52 m super-high long-span reinforced concrete roof system of Nantong Grand Theatre project,three high and large support formwork schemes are compared and selected.After the comparison and selection of technical indicators and comprehensive consideration,the scheme of Bailey Frame steel platform supported by stage bracket is selected.On this basis,the construction points of the scheme are introduced.The practice proves that the scheme effectively solves the construction problems of traditional construction method in unconventional structures,and provides a reference scheme for similar theatre projects.
