摘要
针对在实际工程中扣件式脚手架的高宽比常常出现大于规范所要求的情况,应用Midas软件对扣件式脚手架的立杆跨数、立杆间距、架体高度、架体长宽比、步距、水平撑、剪刀撑、斜抛撑设置等不同情况进行模拟。得出了相应情况下脚手架的屈曲模态及重载支撑架立杆计算长度的建议取值,为今后大高宽比的扣件式模架系在实际工程中的应用提供参考。
In view of the fact that the aspect ratio of fastener type scaffold is often larger than required by relevant codes in practical engineering,Midas software is used to perform simulation under different conditions of fastener type scaffold,including the design of span number of vertical poles,span width of vertical poles,frame height,frame aspect ratio,step distance,horizontal brace,scissors brace,oblique throwing brace and so on.The buckling modes of scaffolds and the recommended values of the calculated length of vertical pole of heavy-duty support frame under the corresponding conditions are obtained,which can provide reference for the application of fastener type support frame with large aspect ratio in practical engineering in the future.
