基于BIM技术的装配式建筑施工组织设计研究

Research on Construction Organization Design of Prefabricated Building Based on BIM Technology

为促进装配式建筑的发展,利用文献分析法对BIM技术及装配式建筑的文献资料进行梳理,在此基础上,对基于BIM技术的装配式建筑施工组织设计问题进行了分析。研究表明:BIM技术可以为建筑施工信息在各个管理系统中的流通提供保障,进而促进装配式建筑施工组织设计的优化;基于装配工程实际的BIM装配式建筑施工管理体系的构建,可以有效促进装配式建筑施工工程质量的提升。

To promote the development of prefabricated building,the BIM technology and the literature of prefabricated building are sorted out by literature analysis method,and the organizational design of prefabricated building construction based on BIM technology is analyzed on this basis.The research shows that BIM technology can guarantee the construction information circulation in various management systems,and further promote the optimization of construction organization design of prefabricated building;the construction of BIM prefabricated construction management system based on prefabricated engineering practice can effectively promote the quality improvement of prefabricated building construction engineering.
