Practice and Exploration of Architect Responsibility System in Engineering Management

对建筑师负责制的概念进行了介绍,并从前期手续、施工准备、施工实施等3个方面对建筑师负责制与传统项目管理模式进行了对比。结果显示:建筑师负责制下的项目应用能全面提升管理水平,更能有效应对各类突发事件对项目整体工期的影响,是一种值得推广的项目管理模式。

The concept of architect responsibility system is introduced in this paper,and the architect responsibility system is compared with the traditional project management mode from three aspects:the early procedure,the construction preparation and the construction implementation.The results show that the project application under the architect responsibility system can improve the management level in an all-round way,and can more effectively deal with the impact of various emergencies on the overall project duration,which is a project management mode worthy of promotion.
