ICP-MS法测定蚀变花岗岩中铌钽及稀土元素量

摘要 研究了ICP-MS法测定蚀变花岗岩中铌钽及稀土元素量的方法,试验了混合酸溶和过氧化钠熔融两种不同的溶样方法,对两种溶样方法的适用性进行了总结。确定了过氧化钠熔融、氯化钠溶液提取熔融物,滤纸过滤、盐酸溶解提取液,用ICP-MS测定蚀变花岗岩中的铌钽及稀土元素量。用国家标准物质验证方法的准确度,相对误差小于10%,精密度实验中,RSD小于6%。 ICP-MS method for the determination of Nb,Ta and REE in altered granite was studied.Two different dissolution methods,mixed acid dissolution and sodium peroxide melting,were tested,and their applicability was summarized.Sodium peroxide melting,sodium chloride solution extraction,filter paper filtration and hydrochloric acid solution extraction were determined.The content of Nb,Ta and REE in altered granite was determined by ICP-MS.The accuracy of the method was verified by the national standard material.The relative error was less than 10%,and RSD was less than 6%in the precision experiment.
