关于瓦日线货运增量对策探讨

A Discussion on Countermeasures for the Increase of Freight Volume of the Wari Line

瓦日线是国家铁路网中重要的"西煤东运"能源运输通道,增量潜力巨大。为促进瓦日线货运增量,在阐述瓦日线运输现状的基础上,针对专用线建设进度滞后、下游接卸能力不足、车流结构欠合理、机辆运用欠匹配、设备保障能力有待加强等存在问题,提出实现瓦日线货运增量对策,即:加快专用线及装车点建设,实施接卸能力适应性改造,扩展运力辐射范围,增强机辆和设备保障能力,优化运输组织方案等释放瓦日线运输能力,提高运输效率效益,为重载铁路和合资铁路运营提供参考。

Wari Line is an important energy transportation channel for "transporting coal from west to east" in the national railway network, with huge potential for freight volume increasing. To promote the increase of the freight capacity of Wari line, in view of the delay in the construction of the special line, the lack of downstream loading and unloading capacity, the unreasonable traffic flow structure, the undermatching of the vehicle utilization, and the need for equipment support, on the basis of expounding the status quo of the transportation of the Wari line, this paper puts forward the countermeasures including speeding up the construction of special lines and loading points, implementing adaptive transformation of loading and unloading capacity, expanding the range of transmission capacity, enhancing the support capacity of vehicles and equipment, and optimizing the transportation organization plan to release the transportation capacity of Wari line, improve the efficiency and effectiveness of transportation, and provide reference for the operation of heavy-haul railway and joint-venture railway.
