教育部职成司司长王继平曾就"普通高校开展高等学历继续教育"问题,强调学历继续教育在发展过程当中,一定要遵守"四个坚持"。其中一条就是要坚持确保质量。质量是教育的生命线,保证质量,才能确保成人学历继续教育健康、持续、稳定发展。[1]
