摘要
翻转课堂是将"课堂上听教师讲解,课后回家做作业"的传统教学模式"翻转"过来,变成"课前在家里观看教师的视频讲解,课堂上在教师指导下做作业"的全新教学模式。文章分析翻转课堂在成人教育中应用的可行性,探索其在成人"植物画"教学中的应用模式。
Flipped classroom is a new teaching approach, which means that students watch the teacher’s video explanation at home before class and do their homework under the guidance of teachers in class. It is the reverse of the traditional teaching mode. This paper analyses the feasibility of the application of flipped classroom in adult education and explores the application mode in adult "plant painting" teaching:(1)Creating videos and generating courses;(2)Publishing courses and assigning homework;(3)Discussing in groups and exploring techniques;(4)Mastering techniques through practice;(5)Improving techniques through appreciating and evaluating. Through teaching and experiments, the author summarizes the requirements for teachers’ abilities including information technology application, teaching design and conducting rich and colorful teaching activities so as to effectively use flipped classroom.
