认证点建设是北京市西城区市民终身学习成果认证制度建设的重要一环。通过示范认证点评选及其辐射力和示范性带动西城区认证点整体工作水平的提升,引领辐射西城区认证点加快发展、提高质量、做出特色。文章阐明了示范认证点评选指标体系构建的原则、开发过程,并阐释了示范认证点指标体系的构成要素。

The construction of certification points is an important part of the construction of the certification system of citizens’ lifelong learning achievements in Xicheng District. Through the selection of demonstration certification points, the overall work level of the certification points is raised. Thanks to their radiation and demonstration, the certification points of Xicheng District have achieved rapid and high-quality development and shown their own characteristics. This paper expounds on the principles and development process of the evaluation index system of demonstration certification points, and explains the components of the index system.
