高校学生学习成果评估的组织与实施——美国詹姆斯麦迪逊大学案例分析 被引量:6

摘要 美国詹姆斯麦迪逊大学(JMU)在高教评估政策压力下启动学生学习成果评估工作,目前已形成了以评估中心为核心,校领导、院系、学生事务部门共同参与的组织架构,评估的内容涉及学生学习评估和学生发展评估。JMU学生学习成果评估的组织实施对我国的启示包括:应高度重视高校人才培养质量评价,促进高校实施学生学习成果评估;高校应有策略地启动学生学习成果评估;建立分散集中制的高校学生学习成果评估组织模式;学生学习成果评估面向学生全面发展。 Universities are the main bodies to comprehensively improve the quality of higher education and strengthen the quality assurance and evaluation for students.Universities in China currently need to learn from good practices of quality assurance methods for the implementation of student learning outcomes assessment.The James Madison University in the United States began to assess students learning based on the evaluation of students'learning achievements.At present,it has formed an organizational structure with the Center for Assessment and Research Studies as the core and the involvement of university leaders,departments and student affairs departments.The evaluation content involves the evaluation of students'learning and development.The implications of its successful experience are:attach great importance to the quality evaluation of talent training to promote the implementation of the evaluation of students'learning achievements;start the evaluation of students'learning achievements in universities strategically;establish a decentralized and centralized organizational model for the evaluation of students'learning achievements;and the evaluation of students'learning achievements should face the overall development of students.
