一、创新成果审定工作概况为深入学习贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想和党的十九大精神,落实国家《能源发展战略行动计划(2014—2020年)》和《关于深化石油天然气体制改革的若干意见》,深入实施工信部等11部委联合下发的《关于引导企业创新管理提质增效的指导意见》(工信部联产业〔2016〕245号)和国家能源局《2019年全国能源工作要点》,深刻认识当前能源发展面临的重大挑战和机遇,着力推动石油石化行业发展质量变革、效率变革、动力变革,展示本年度中国特色石油石化企业管理创新的最新成果,中国石油企业协会依据《石油石化企业管理现代化创新成果、优秀论文、优秀著作审定办法》(企协〔2008〕10号)(以下简称《审定办法》)组织开展T2019年度石油石化企业管理现代化创新成果的申报与审定工作。

In 2019, the China Petroleum Enterprise Association received 277 declarations from petroleum and petrochemical member enterprises, and approved 167 outstanding achievements;received 819 papers and approved 491 excellent papers;received 29 written works and approved 18 outstanding works;Approved 2 outstanding editors.These outstanding achievements, excellent papers and excellent works fully reflect the fact that petroleum and petrochemical enterprises have taken the initiative to adapt to the new normal of the economy, guided by the new era and new ideas, solidly carried out enterprise innovation, comprehensively improved the efficiency of business management, and achieved the high-quality development of the company. It reflects the latest trend of current enterprise management, with outstanding features, innovation and practicality, and has a good promotion and demonstration role.
