摘要
为研究沿江高速铁路上海至合肥段应采用的速度目标值,采用综合分析法、比较法,在分析项目客流特征及功能定位的基础上,从相关规划对时间目标值的要求、客流对时间目标值的要求、区域经济发展对时间目标值的要求等方面,研究并确定沿江高铁上海至合肥段的时间目标值宜为2 h内,上海至南京段的时间目标值宜为1.5 h内;进而从对工程投资的影响、时间目标值的适应性、路网协调性以及经济效益分析4个部分对250,250 km/h预留350,300 km/h(有砟)、300 km/h(无砟)、350 km/h五个速度目标值方案进行综合比选,最终推荐采用350 km/h的速度目标值方案。研究结论有力地支撑了本项目选择合理的速度目标值方案,同时为整个高标准沿江通道速度目标值的选择提供了一定的参考价值。
In order to study the target speed for high-speed railway section from Shanghai to Hefei along the Yangtze River, this paper adopts the comprehensive analysis method and comparative method, based on analyzing the passenger flow characteristics and functional positioning of the project. In view of the requirements of relevant planning, passenger flow, regional economic development and other aspects, it is determined that the time target value of the high-speed railway along the Yangtze river from Shanghai to Hefei should be within 2 h, and that of the high-speed railway from Shanghai to Nanjing should be within 1.5 h. Five speed target schemes of 250 km/h, 250 km/h(reserved for 350 km/h), 300 km/h(ballastless), 300 km/h(ballastless) and 350 km/h are comprehensively compared in terms of project investment adaptability of the time target value, road network coordination and economic benefit, and the 350 km/h speed target scheme is recommended. The research conclusion strongly supports the project to choose a reasonable speed target scheme, and provides some references for the selection of the target speed for the entire high-standard rail corridor along the river.
