摘要
[目的]以黄元米果原料黄元柴灰为分析对象,探究黄元柴灰的矿物质元素含量及成分组成并对其应用安全性进行分析。[方法]通过电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-AES)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)对江西省赣州市兴国县、于都县、赣县等不同地区黄元柴灰的元素含量、成分进行分析。[结果]黄元柴灰中含有多种金属元素,不同地区灰元素含量有一定的差异,其中含量较多的元素是K、Ca、Mg,还含有一定量的污染物元素Pb、Cr、Cd,灰分主要组成是Na 2CO 3、CaCO 3、K 2SO 4。[结论]该研究为进一步黄元米果的开发加工提供试验依据。
[Objective]Huangyuan rice cake raw material Adinandra millettii ash was taken as the analysis object,the mineral element content and composition of Adinandra millettii ash were studied,and its application safety was analyzed.[Method]Inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer(ICP-AES)and x-ray diffractometer(XRD)were used to analyze the element content and composition of Adinandra millettii ash in Xingguo County,Yudu County and Ganxian County,Ganzhou City of Jiangxi Province.[Result]The Adinandra millettii ash contained many kinds of metal elements,and the contents of ash elements in different areas were different,among which the contents of K,Ca,Mg were higher and also contains a certain amount of pollutant element Pb,Cr,Cd.The main composition of ash is Na 2CO 3,CaCO 3,K 2SO 4.[Conclusion]This study provides experimental basis for further development and processing of Huangyuan rice cake.
