江苏数字乡村建设的现状·困境及路径探析

Analysis on the Present Situation, Predicament and Path of Digital Rrural Construction in Jiangsu Province

江苏是“互联网+”现代农业的先行者,这为推动江苏数字乡村建设打下了坚实的基础,但在开展信息进村入户工作、发展智慧农业、推进农村网格化社会治理和形成农村电商产业集群方面面临着一些困境。应围绕建立以提质增效为目的的数字化农业生产体系,建立以需求为导向的数字化农业经营体系,建立以农民为中心的数字化农村公共服务体系,建立以精准化为目标的数字化农村社会治理体系,大力推动江苏数字乡村建设。

Jiangsu is the forerunner of“Internet+”modern agriculture,which has laid a solid foundation for the digital rural construction in Jiangsu.However,there are some difficulties in carrying out the work of promoting the entry of information into the village,developing smart agriculture,promoting rural gridded social governance and forming rural e-commerce industrial cluste.Great efforts should be made to promote the digital rural construction in Jiangsu through establishing a digital agricultural production system with the aim of improving quality and efficiency,establishing the digital agriculture business system with demand-oriented,establishing the digital rural public service system centered on farmers,establishing the digital rural social governance system target with precision.
