Design and application of medical waste information management system in our hospital

医疗废物在交接、转运、处置等过程中采用手工操作登记方法为主,缺乏有效的医废监管方式。针对这一难点,我院积极探讨运用医疗废物信息化管理系统以实现全过程闭环管理,规范了医疗废物的分类、收集、贮存、运送、交接、处置等多环节管理,有效预防和控制医疗废物流失及对环境的污染,认为通过借助信息技术,能够有效形成完整规范的医疗废物管理体系。

The manual operation registration method is mainly used in the process of transferring, transporting and disposing medical waste and effective medical waste supervision method is lacking. Aiming at the above difficulty, our hospital actively explores the use of medical waste information management system to achieve closed-loop management of the whole process, which has standardized the classification, collection, storage, transportation, transfer, disposal and other aspects of medical waste, and has effectively prevented and controlled medical waste loss and environment pollution. It is suggested that the use of information technology can effectively form a complete and standardized medical waste management system.
