全程护理模式在慢性鼻窦炎中的效果

The effect of whole-course nursing mode in chronic sinusitis

目的观察鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎中实施全程护理的应用效果。方法选择2017年8月~2018年8月我院80例慢性鼻窦炎患者,根据盲选法分为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例)。观察组使用全程护理,对照组使用常规护理,比较两组患者临床效果。结果观察组护理满意度为95.00%,明显高于对照组80.00%(P<0.05)。观察组抑郁评分、焦虑评分均低于对照组,住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为7.50%,对照组为25.00%(P<0.05)。结论将全程护理用于实施鼻内镜手术的慢性鼻窦炎患者中,能够明显改善患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,降低并发症发生率,缩短住院时间,提高护理满意度,临床应用及推广价值较高。

Objective To observe the application effect of endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of chronic sinusitis.Methods 80 patients with chronic sinusitis were enrolled in our study. The study was conducted from August 2017 to August 2018.They were divided into observation group(40 cases) and control group(40 cases) according to blind selection. The observation group used whole-course nursing, and the control group used routine nursing. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.00%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.00%)(P<0.05). The depression score and anxiety score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05). The complication rate was 7.50% in the observation group and 25.00% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The whole-course care for patients with chronic sinusitis undergoing endoscopic surgery can significantly improve the anxiety and depression of patients, reduce the incidence of complications, shorten the length of hospital stay, improve the satisfaction of nursing, which has high clinical application and promotion value.
