袋鼠式护理对中晚期早产儿的影响

Effect of kangaroo mother care on middle and late preterm infants

目的探讨袋鼠式护理(KMC)对中晚期早产儿的影响。方法选取2018年1月~2019年1月于我院产科出生的中晚期早产儿92例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各46例。对照组予以常规产科护理,观察组在此基础上予以KMC干预。记录两组早产儿住院期间心率、呼吸频率、体温等生命体征,记录护理前、日龄40 d时的摄奶量,比较日龄40 d时两组早产儿体格发育情况。结果观察组早产儿心率、呼吸频率均低于对照组,体温略高于对照组(P<0.05),两组早产儿在日龄40 d时的日摄奶量均较护理前增加,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05),出生第40天,观察组早产儿头围、身长、体质量的增长值均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 KMC可稳定中晚期早产儿生命体征,增加摄奶量,促进体格发育。

Objective To investigate the effects of kangaroo mother care(KMC) on middle and late preterm infants.Methods A total of 92 middle and late preterm infants who were born in the obstetrics department of our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected. The random number table method was used to divide them into observation group and control group, with 46 cases in each group. The control group was given routine obstetric care. The observation group was given KMC intervention on this basis. The vital signs such as heart rate, respiratory rate and body temperature during the hospitalization period were recorded in the two groups of premature infants. The amount of milk intake before care and at 40 days of age were recorded. The physical development of premature infants in the two groups was compared at 40 days of age. Results The heart rate and respiratory rate of premature infants in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the body temperature was slightly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The daily milk intake of the premature infants at the age of 40 days in both group was higher than that before nursing, and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05). On the 40 th day of birth,the growth of head circumference, body length and body weight of preterm infants in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion KMC can stabilize the vital signs of middle and late premature infants, increase milk intake and promote physical development.
