具有表面缺陷的纳米结构BaTiO3光催化产氢性能研究

摘要 采用溶胶凝胶法制备了纳米结构BaTiO3,并通过固相热还原法实现了表面缺陷的引入。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、固体紫外漫反射(DRS)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和高分辨透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)对所得样品进行了表征,XRD结果证明了采用溶胶凝胶法制备的样品和还原后缺陷引入的样品均为纯四方相,TEM显示样品为小尺寸球状结构,HRTEM和DRS结果证实了表面缺陷的存在,通过光催化产氢测试评价了光催化剂的光催化性能,结果表明具有表面缺陷的纳米结构BaTiO3光催化产氢性能明显提高。 The BaTiO3 nanostructures was prepared by sol-gel method,and the surface defects were introduced by solid phase thermal reduction.The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),solid state UV/Vis/NIR diffuse reflectance(DRS)transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and high resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM).The XRD results show that the samples prepared by sol-gel method and the samples introduced after the reduction are pure tetragonal phases.The TEM image shows that the samples are small sized spherical structures.The HRTEM and DRS results confirmed the existence of surface defects.The photocatalytic performance of the photocatalyst was evaluated by photocatalytic hydrogen production test.The results show that the photocatalytic hydrogen production performance of BaTiO3 nanostructure with surface defects is significantly improved.
