摘要
介绍了二异丁基二硫代磷酸钠的合成方法,以异丁醇、五硫化二磷为原料通过控制一定的温度、配料比等反应生成二异丁基二硫代磷酸,再与氢氧化钠反应得到二异丁基二硫代磷酸钠。对反应的温度、配料比、加碱量等工艺因素进行研究讨论,最终得到二异丁基二硫代磷酸钠,含量为50%左右。
The synthesis method of sodium diisobutyl dithiophosphate was introduced.Sodium diisobutyl dithiophosphate was synthesized from isobutanol and phosphorus pentosulfide by controlling temperature and proportioning ratio,and then reacted with sodium hydroxide to obtain sodium diisobutyl dithiophosphate.The technological factors such as reaction temperature,proportioning ratio and alkali dosage were studied and discussed.Finally,sodium diisobutyl dithiophosphate was obtained with a content of about 50%.
