摘要
棉织物采用树脂进行抗皱免烫整理,树脂可以与纤维大分子共价交联,限制棉织物大分子之间的相对滑移,使棉织物具有抗皱性,选取不同的树脂用量、催化剂用量、焙烘温度和焙烘时间,通过正交实验,考察这些因素在树脂对棉织物抗皱免烫整理的影响,确定树脂对棉织物抗皱免烫整理的因素显著性。
Cotton fabrics are treated with resin for wrinkle-resistant and ironing-free finishing.Resin can covalently cross-link with fibre macromolecule,restrict the relative slip between the macromolecule of cotton fabrics,and make cotton fabrics wrinkle-resistant.Different resin dosage,catalyst dosage,baking temperature and baking time are selected to investigate these factors in resin through orthogonal experiments.The effect of resin on wrinkle-resistant and ironing-free finishing of cotton fabrics was studied,and the significance of resin on wrinkle-resistant and ironing-free finishing of cotton fabrics was determined.
