摘要
硝酸-过氧化氢消解绿茶,阳极溶出伏安法测定茶叶中铁、锰、铜、锌的含量。研究发现,在硝酸-氯化钠底液中,浓度在0.00~100.00μg/mL范围内,峰电流与四种离子的浓度均呈良好的线性关系,测得铁、锰、铜、锌四种元素精密度的相对标准偏差分别为0.22%、0.12%、0.05%、0.30%,精密度高,重现性好。该测定方法简便、快捷,适用于茶叶中微量元素含量的分析。
The green tea was digested with HNO 3-H 2O 2,four trace elements of iron,manganese,copper and zinc in tea digestion solution were determined by anodic stripping voltammetry.It was found that in the HNO 3-NaCl bottom solution,the peak current has a good linear relationship with the concentrations in the range of 0.00~100.00μg/mL.The relative standard deviations of four elements were 0.22%,0.12%,0.05%,and 0.30%respectively.The precision is high and the reproducibility is good.The method is suitable for the analysis of trace element content in tea.
