摘要
本文在传统BZ振荡体系:丙二酸-溴酸钾-硫酸-硫酸铈铵的基础上,将硫酸替换成硫酸、磷酸混酸,并采用这一体系用于维生素C的测定,结果表明:维生素C的浓度的负对数在一定范围内与振荡体系的周期的变化值ΔT具有线性关系,ΔT=2.3313log(c)+7.6579,线性范围为0.03125~0.25mg/mL,线性相关系数为0.9450,采用硫酸-磷酸混酸取代硫酸,周期变化更加明显,更有利于维生素C的测定,同时分析了维生素C对振荡体系扰动的振荡机理。
Establish a modified BZ oscillating system of malonic acid-KBrO 3-H 2SO 4-Ce 4+,which sulfuric acid was replaced by sulfuric acid-phosphoric acid mixed acid,and this system was used for the determination of vitamin C.The results showed that:The changes of periodic(ΔT)were linearly proportional to the-logC(where C is the concentration of vitamin C)in the range of 0.03125~0.25mg/mL.The regression equation is as follows:ΔT=2.3313log(C)+7.6579,the linear correlation coefficient is 0.9450.The periodic change of the new system is more obvious,which is more beneficial to the determination of vitamin c.The oscillation mechanism of perturbation of vitamin C on the system was also analyzed.
