摘要
本文采用紫外分光光度法和酸碱滴定法对复方土槿皮酊中苯甲酸和水杨酸的含量进行了测定,实验结果表明,紫外分光光度法可同时测定出复方土槿皮酊中苯甲酸和水杨酸的含量且操作简便,准确,样品不用分离,重复性好。酸碱滴定法只能测出总酸量且误差较大。
In this paper,the content of benzoic acid and salicylic acid in compound hibiscuse was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry and acid-base titration.The experimental results show that the ultraviolet spectrophotometry can simultaneously determine the benzoic acid and salicylic acid in the compound hibiscuse.However,acid-base titration can only measure the total amount of acid.Ultraviolet spectrophotometry is simple and accurate analytical method,and the sample does not need to be separated,and the repeatability is good.Acid-base titration can only measure the total acid amount and the error is large.
