萃取精馏分离混合碳四中正丁烯的模拟探讨 被引量:2

摘要 甲乙酮新生产工艺-正丁烯水合法的成功开发,增加了正丁烯的利用方式。工业上用一般精馏方法分离正丁烯,得到的正丁烯产品纯度和收率都比较低,进而会影响合成甲乙酮的产率以及产量。萃取精馏作为一种分离共沸物的有效方法,可以用来分离正丁烯。选取合适的萃取剂,经由萃取精馏自混合C4中分离出正丁烯,得到较高纯度和产率的正丁烯,降低生产中的能耗,将会对合成甲乙酮产生重要的影响。本文通过Aspen Plus模拟软件对萃取精馏分离混合碳四中正构烯烃过程进行了模拟,对萃取剂及工艺参数的选择进行了探讨。 Successful development of hydration of n-butene,a new production process of methyl ethyl ketone,has increased the utilization of n-butene.In industry,the purity and yield of n-butene are relatively low when n-butene is separated by ordinary distillation method,which will affect the yield and yield of methyl ethyl ketone synthesis.Extractive distillation,as an effective method for separating azeotropes,can be used to separate n-butene.Selecting the appropriate extractant and separating n-butene from mixed C4 by extractive distillation will have an important impact on the synthesis of methyl ethyl ketone.In this paper,Aspen Plus simulation software was used to simulate the process of extractive distillation separation of n-olefins from mixed C_4,and the selection of extractant and process parameters was discussed.
