摘要
用稻壳作为原材料,经过热处理制得活性炭,再运用氟化铵反应去除其中二氧化硅,制备脱硅稻壳炭,研究了其对亚甲基蓝的吸附性能。结果表明,当初始pH为9,吸附质浓度100 mg·L^-1,吸附剂投加量0.5 g·L^-1,吸附时间30 min,吸附去除率为91.36%,吸附量达181.3 mg·g^-1。吸附动力学符合拟二级动力学模型,吸附等温模型符合Langmuir方程。
Rice husk which carbonized in the air atmosphere to prepare activated carbon,and then silicon dioxide was removed by ammonium fluoride to produce desilicated rice husk carbon.The adsorption properties of desilicated rice husk carbon for methylene blue were studied.The results showed that when the initial pH was 9,the concentration of adsorbate was 100 mg·L^-1,the dosage of adsorbent was 0.5 g·L^-1 and the adsorption time was 30 min,the adsorption removal rate was 91.36%and the adsorption capacity was 181.3 mg·g^-1.The adsorption kinetics accorded with the pseudo-second-order kinetic model,while the isothermal adsorption model was in line with Langmuir equation.
