曝气及生物制剂对营养化湖水净化实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对目前存在污水不达标排放造成水体富营养化的问题,为净化富营养化湖水,采用曝气与生物制剂结合进行实验研究。结果表明:添加生物制剂后对湖水进行曝气可促进污染物的降解;添加单一菌种时,SEM-W菌效果较SEM-D菌好;两种菌种混合使用比单一菌种效果更好,曝气6天即有较好的净化效果,其中SEM-W和SEM-D按1∶1混合的效果最好,曝气14天,氨氮、总磷和COD的降解率分别达98.1%、83.9%和92.9%;曝气和生物制剂可有效促进改善水环境。 In order to purify eutrophic lake water,aeration combined with biological agents was used to study the problem of eutrophication caused by substandard discharge of sewage.The results show that aeration of lake water after adding biological agents can promote the degradation of pollutants;when adding a single strain,the effect of SEM-W bacteria is better than that of SEM-D bacteria;when two strains are mixed,the effect of purification is better than that of single strain,and the effect of SEM-W and SEM-D is the best when aerated for 6 days,and the effect of SEM-W and SEM-D is 1∶1,aerated for 14 days,the degradation rates of ammonia nitrogen,total phosphorus and COD were 98.1%,83.9%and 92.9%respectively.Aeration and biological agents could effectively improve the water environment.
