摘要 针对已有的纺织制造执行系统(MES)难以扩展和复用的问题,采用微服务架构与Docker容器化技术,将原来整体式应用拆分成具有独立功能、相互独立的分布式应用。为了解决服务拆分后的难以调用与管理问题,采用Eureka作为服务注册与发现技术框架,解决服务上线与下线问题;采用REST HTTP作为服务间通信协议;采用Hytrix技术框架实现服务的优雅降级,并进行服务容灾;采用Kubernetes进行服务调度;采用微服务架构的核心框架,解决分布式架构中的服务治理;使用Oracle作为所有服务的数据中心;通过Kubernetes实现服务的调度与管理。系统仿真测试表明,改造后的信息化平台具有更强数据处理能力与网络健壮性。 The original integrated application is split into independent function and independent distributed applications by using micro-service architecture and Docker container technology,because the existing textile mannfacturing execution system(MES)is difficult to expand and reuse.In order to solve the problems of invoking and management after service splitting,the Eureka is adopted as the technical framework of service registration and discovery solving the problem of service up-line and down-line.The service disaster recovery is achieved by means of the REST HTTP as inter-service communication protocol and the elegant degradation of services using Hytrix technical framework.The service administration of distributed architecture is solved by Kubernetes for service scheduling.The Oracle is used as the platform of data center of all services;and Kubernetes is used to achieve service scheduling and management.The system simulation test shows that the better data processing ability and the network robustness are achieved.
