摘要
针对某试验样车在性能调教过程中,发现鸣笛喇叭工作时,主观评价油门踏板存在明显的振感。通过动刚度及隔振率相关理论分析,在不能改变车身结构的情况下,通过优化喇叭安装支架结构和位置,得出降低安装支架刚度能够衰减喇叭向车身侧振动能量的传递,并在此基础上,对优化后的喇叭支架进行实车验证,主观评价及测试结果均得到明显改善。
In the process of performance tuning of a test sample car,it was found that when the whistle horn was working,the accelerator pedal had obvious vibration feeling during subjective evaluation.Through the theoretical analysis of dynamic stiffness and vibration isolation rate,the structure and position of the horn mounting bracket can be optimized without changing the structure of the vehicle body.It is concluded that reducing the stiffness of the mounting bracket can attenuate the transmission of vibration energy from the horn to the vehicle body side.In this basis,the optimized horn bracket was tested on the real vehicle,and the subjective evaluation and test results were significantly improved.
