秸秆基有机代土壤分布式发酵仓远程控制系统设计

摘要 中国东北大部分地区一年中气温低时段可长达半年,在这种情况下农作物秸秆在田间还田腐化不彻底,多段位太阳能发酵仓可以实现对秸秆基有机代土壤的有效发酵,可提高发酵的速度。分布式的发酵仓的规划方法,可以使某些大农场的秸秆就近发酵处理。通过远程控制可以实现分布式发酵仓的集中管控。通过T-Link云平台上制作监控界面可以实现直观有效的快速监控发酵仓的工作状态。采用移动设备登录相应的账号就能远程监控发酵仓内部的情况。 In most areas of Northeast China,the period of low temperature in a year can be as long as half a year.In this case,crop straw is not completely decomposed in the field.More-stage solar fermentation storehouse can achieve effective fermentation of straw-based organic soil,which can improve the speed of fermentation.Distributed fermentation storehouse planning method can make the straw of some large farms ferment nearby.Distributed fermentation storehouse can be centralized controlled by remote control method.Using T-Link cloud platform to make monitoring interface can realize visual and effective rapid monitoring of the fermentation storehouse.Through the use of mobile devices to log in to the corresponding account,the fermentation storehouse can be monitored and monitored remotely.
