摘要 数控机床切削过程中受到颤振作用容易出现偏差,为了提高数控机床切削的稳定性,提出基于机电耦合特性的数控机床切削颤振控制方法。构建数控机床切削的激光跟踪同步测量模型,采用非接触的应力特征分析方法进行数控机床切削的轮廓误差三维高精度校准,根据机床平面轮廓误差进行反馈控制,采用机电耦合特性调节的方法进行数控机床切削过程中的随动接触测量,采用多次重复性测量的方法进行数控机床切削颤振抑制,采用机电耦合跟踪校正的方法,实现数控机床切削颤振控制。仿真结果表明,采用该方法进行数控机床切削颤振控制的稳定性较好,测量精度较高,提高了数控机床切削颤振控制能力。 It is easy to deviate from flutter action in the cutting process of NC machine tools.In order to improve the cutting stability of NC machine tools,a cutting flutter control method of NC machine tools based on electromechanical coupling characteristics are proposed.The laser tracking synchronous measurement model of NC machine tool cutting is constructed,the contours error of NC machine tool cutting is calibrated with three dimensional high precision by non-contact stress characteristic analysis method,the feedback control is carried out according to the plane profile error of machine tool,the following contact measurement is carried out in the cutting process of NC machine tool by means of electromechanical coupling characteristic adjustment,and the chatter suppression of NC machine tool cutting is carried out by means of repeated measurement.The method of electromechanical coupling tracking correction is used to realize the cutting flutter control of NC machine tools.The simulation results show that the stability of NC machine tool cutting flutter control is good,the measurement accuracy is high,and the cutting flutter control ability of NC machine tool is improved.
