基于Matlab最优控制主动悬架对汽车侧翻稳定性仿真分析 被引量:3

摘要 汽车侧翻是常见的交通事故之一,车身侧倾角在很大程度上影响着汽车的操纵稳定性和乘坐舒适性。通过借助Matlab/Simulink建立四自由度的1/2汽车主、被动悬架模型,分析汽车在不同转弯半径、不同行驶路面以及紧急突发急转弯情况下侧倾角加速度、侧倾角、车身垂向加速度以及侧翻因子。结果表明:在车辆正常转弯时,主动悬架可以很好地降低车辆的侧倾角加速度、侧倾角和车身垂向加速度,且路面对侧翻因子影响较大;在遇紧急情况急转弯时,主动悬架不仅可以大大降低车辆的侧倾角加速度、侧倾角和车身垂向加速度,还可以大幅度降低侧翻因子,有主动悬架的车辆侧翻因子均方根值比被动悬架车辆下降39.04%,很大程度上改善汽车的操纵稳定性、乘坐舒适性及侧翻稳定性。 Vehicle rollover is one of the common traffic accident,and roll angle has a great influence on handling stability and riding comfort.Analysis is made on the roll angle acceleration,roll angle,vertical acceleration of vehicle body and roll factor under different radius of turning circle,different driving road surface and emergency situations through the establishment of active and passive suspension models of 1/2 vehicle with four degrees of freedom by MATLAB/Simulink.The results show that:in normal vehicle turning,active suspension can reduce vehicle roll acceleration,roll angle and body vertical acceleration,and the road surface has great influence on rollover factor;in case of emergency,active suspension not only can greatly reduce vehicle roll acceleration,roll angle and body vertical acceleration,but also greatly reduce roll factor,the root mean square value of rollover factor of vehicle with active suspension is 39.04% lower than passive suspension,which greatly improves vehicle handling stability and riding comfort and rollover stability.
