中医药治疗糖尿病合并高血压的研究进展

糖尿病合并高血压是在糖尿病基础上合并出现的一种临床常见慢性复合性疾病,其病因病机复杂,发病率逐年升高,已成为近年来的研究热点。随着祖国医学的发展,中医药在防治糖尿病合并高血压方面的优势逐渐被挖掘,中医药治疗手段多样,目前临床通过辨证论治、专方治疗、中成药治疗、中西医结合治疗及针灸等方法治疗均取得了较好的疗效。未来深入研究中医药治疗糖尿病合并高血压的具体作用机制及进行更多高质量的随机对照研究,将为临床推广使用提供可靠依据。

Diabetes mellitus combined with hypertension is a common clinical chronic complex disease based on diabetes mellitus.Its etiology and pathogenesis are complex,and the incidence is increasing year by year.It has become a research hotspot in recent years.With the development of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),the advantages of TCM in the prevention and treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension have been gradually excavated,and the treatment methods of TCM are various.At present,through the comprehensive treatment of syndrome differentiation,special prescription,TCM patent drug,integrated TCM and western medicine,acupuncture and moxibustion,etc.,better clinical effect is achieved.In the future,deeper study on the specific mechanism of TCM in treating diabetes mellitus with hypertension and more high-quality randomized controlled studies will provide reliable basis for the clinical application.
