5-羟甲基糠醛加氢Cu/SiO2催化剂制备和反应性能

摘要 采用均匀沉淀法和蒸氨法制备了负载型Cu/SiO2催化剂,采用XRD、TPR和BET测试技术对催化剂结构进行了表征.将2种方法制备的催化剂用于5-羟甲基糠醛(HMF)常压气相加氢合成2,5-二甲基呋喃(DMF)反应,考察了催化剂制备方法、反应温度、n(H2)∶n(HMF)对催化结构和加氢性能的影响.结果表明,蒸氨法和均匀沉淀法均可以制备高活性催化剂,反应温度为240℃、n(H2)∶n(HMF)=90时,2种催化剂的HMF转化率均在99.5%以上,DMF的选择性达到92%以上.其中,蒸氨法催化剂因具有较高的比表面积和活性组分分散度,表现出更优的催化性能. The Cu/SiO2 catalysts were prepared by ammonia-evaporation and homogeneous precipitation method,respectively.Structure of the catalysts was characterized by XRD、TPR and BET techniques.The vapor phase hydrogenation of 5-methylfurfural(HMF)to 2,5-dimethylfuran(DMF)was carried out at atmosphere.The effect of preparation method,reaction temperature and n(H2)∶n(HMF)was investigated on structure and hydrogenation performance of the catalysts.The results showed that high activity was all obtained for the catalysts prepared by ammonia-evaporation and precipitation method.The conversion of HMF was 99.5% and the selectivity towards DMF was above 92% at the reaction temperature 240℃ and n(H2)∶n(HMF)=90.Excellent catalytic performance was displayed for the catalyst prepared by ammonia-evaporation because of its higher specific surface area and dispersion of active component Cu.
