大连市制造业空间格局演变及影响因素分析

Evolution of Spatial Pattern and Influencing Factors of Manufacturing Industries in Dalian City

基于大连市2000年、2010年制造业企业数据,以乡镇、街道为基本研究单元,探讨大连市制造业企业空间分布及其演化特征。用负二项回归模型检验影响大连市制造业企业空间分布与区位选择的因素。结果发现:研究时间段内,大连市制造业格局由双核演变成单核,集聚中心位置从中心城区转向郊区,并形成新集聚点;制造业沿交通廊道和海岸线呈带状扩散,分布的热点区域数量增加,一级热点区域数量减少并向郊区转移。影响制造业格局演变的主要因素是产业园区建立,交通通达度、市场潜力、要素禀赋对制造业的区位选择也具有重要影响。

Based on the data of manufacturing enterprises in Dalian in 2000 and 2010,this paper discussed the spatial distribution and evolution characteristics of manufacturing enterprises in Dalian with towns and streets as the basic research unit.The negative binomial regression model was further used to test the influencing factors on the spatial distribution and location selection of manufacturing enterprises in Dalian.The results showed that:During the study period,the manufacturing pattern of Dalian City changed from dual-core to single-core,and the manufacturing cluster location shifted from the central city to the suburbs,and formed a new cluster.Manufacturing industries spread in bands along traffic corridors and coastlines.The number of hot spots in manufacturing industry distribution increased,while the number of primary hot spots decreased and shifted to the suburbs.The newly added hot spots were mostly streets with industrial parks.In the analysis of influencing factors,politics had a significant effect on the spatial evolution of manufacturing enterprises in Dalian,and transportation accessibility,market potential and factor endowment also had important influences on the location selection of manufacturing industry.
